A Messi-like goal was scored by Black Stars captain Andrew Ayew during the match between Ghana XI and the All Stars XI.
In the Ghana XI team and the All Stars team, respectively, were players from Serie A and the Black Stars. Friday night’s encounter between Ghana XI and the All Stars XI at the Accra Sports Stadium was really entertaining.
At the Accra Sports Stadium on Friday night, Andre Ayew created a wonderful moment to cap off an engaging match between Ghana XI and All Stars XI. In the calcio trade ball match, Ghana XI defeated All Stars XI thanks to a goal similar to Messi’s that was scored by the Black Stars captain and Al Sadd player.
The skipper of the Ghana XI is seen navigating a sea of defenders in a video released on Twitter before scoring.
Players from the senior national team make up the Ghana XI, while players from the Serie A, including league winner Franck Kessie, made up the All Star XI.
The All Stars XI’s Felix Afena-Gyan scored the game’s first goal after connecting with a Yussif Chibsah pass, but the Ghana XI drew even thanks to Jordan Ayew. Ayew scored his second goal of the match after slipping past five players and finishing comfortably.
Following a Frank Kessie cross, the Ghana XI goalkeeper dropped the ball, allowing Richmond Boakye Yiadom to equalize for All Stars. Acheampong rose tall to meet an Andre Ayew cross in the 64th minute as Ghana XI grabbed the victory. Popular Ghanaian musician Black Sheriff also entered the game in the second half to perform and display his talents.
