French countries are staging coups because old men can’t rule us – Shatta Wale jabs Akufo-Addo, daughter

Shatta Wale has expressed discontent with the actions of the current administration, which suggests he has greater worries about them.

Shatta has enlisted the help of her 79-year-old father after criticizing President Akufo-Addo’s daughter for reportedly giving Stonebwoy’s BHIM Concert the Accra Sports Stadium at the expense of his.

In an effort to reprimand the president’s daughter and call her choice dumb, Shatta claimed that this government has a history of imposing poor judgments on Ghanaians.

Nana Akufo Addo

According to him, this has made coups d’états in francophone African nations more often recently possible.

Speaking in Pidgin English, Shatta asserted that Ghana was not an exception to the rule of nations that were suffering as a result of ‘old men’ presidents’ shoddy and illiterate policies.

I keep hearing some president’s daughter, some president’s daughter. I’m very sure that it’s the FIFA president they are talking about.

Because if it’s the daughter of Akufo-Addo they are talking about, then it’s a foolish decision her made. it’s a foolish decision! You think say what? We dey fear somebody ein face? If she dey sit my front saf, I go fit tell am say ibi foolish decision she made. Ibi very foolish decision.

Only primitive decisions because they think we are kids. Herh Mr. President, nobody is a child. You can’t treat us like children,” he fumed on Facebook live.

Background
Shatta’s outbursts are a response to controversy and what he perceives to be unjust treatment of Shatta Wale when it came to reserving the Accra Sports Stadium for his show in December.

Shatta Wale lamented earlier on Wednesday that Stonebwoy had been unfairly given the stadium for his BHIM Concert, despite the fact that he had been the first to announce his Freedom Wave Concert, which is typically hosted there.

Shatta accused Stonebwoy of sabotage in a Facebook live video that displayed his full gamut of emotions. He also claimed that Stonebwoy planned his yearly BHIM Concert to take place at the same location and roughly the same time as his Freedom Wave Festival.
