Nana Kwame Bediako, often known as Cheddar, a business tycoon from Ghana, claims he began his real estate career with just one piece of land.
The claim was made by the millionaire, who is renowned for his charitable endeavors and Pan-Africanism worldview, during a presentation at the just concluded Ghana CEO Summit as he discussed his experiences as CEO.
According to Cheddar, after successfully erecting two homes on a single parcel of land, he had the notion to enter the real estate industry. At that point, his project, the “Kwarleyz Residence,” took precedence in his priorities list.
Cheddar once told young people in Ghana that they could become anything they set your minds to if they worked hard and persevered.
Cheddar currently has a number of real estate projects spread across and around Ghana.
The 40-apartment Kwarleyz Residence in the Airport Residential Area, his most expensive residential tower, has long been the topic of conversation.
