Position: Brand Manager
Location: Accra

Our client who is proudly the leading company in the perfume and cosmetic industry in Africa seeks to employ the services of an experienced Brand Manager fluent in both English and French.


The ideal candidate will have a strong background in brand management, marketing strategy, and excellent communication skills in both English and French.

Responsibilities:
✨Develop and implement strategic marketing plans to achieve company objectives.
✨Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and consumer preferences.


✨Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute marketing campaigns.


✨Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns and adjust strategies as needed.


✨Manage brand budgets and ensure ROI on marketing investments.


✨Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including

customers, partners, and influencers.
✨Stay up-to-date with market trends and best practices in brand management.

Requirements:
✨Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
✨Minimum of 3 years of experience in brand management or marketing.
✨Fluent in French and English, both written and verbal.
✨Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
✨Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
✨Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
✨Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and marketing software (e.g., CRM tools, Google Analytics).

Qualifications:
✨Master’s degree in Marketing or Business Administration.
✨Should be resident in Accra

Salary: Ghc 8,000 to 10,000 plus other benefits
