Key Responsibilities:

Talent Acquisition:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive recruitment strategies to attract top talent, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selection processes.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and requirements for various roles within the organization.
  • Utilize innovative recruitment methods, including social media, networking, and employer branding initiatives, to attract diverse candidates.

Employer Branding

  • Develop and promote the company’s employer brand to attract and retain top talent.
  • Create compelling employee value propositions (EVPs) that differentiate the company as an employer of choice.
  • Partner with marketing and communications teams to enhance the company’s reputation as a desirable place to work.

Talent Development:

  • Design and implement talent development programs to enhance employee skills, capabilities, and performance.
  • Identify high-potential employees and develop tailored development plans to support their career growth and progression.
  • Provide coaching, mentoring, and feedback to employees to foster their professional development and career advancement.

Succession Planning:

  • Lead succession planning initiatives to identify and develop future leaders within the organization.
  • Identify key talent pools and develop strategies to build a pipeline of internal candidates for critical roles.
  • Partner with senior leadership to ensure smooth transitions and continuity of leadership across the organization.
    Talent Analytics:
  • Utilize data and analytics to track key talent metrics, including recruitment effectiveness, employee turnover, and retention rates.
  • Analyze talent trends and patterns to inform decision-making and identify areas for improvement.
  • Provide insights and recommendations to senior management based on talent analytics to drive strategic talent initiatives.


Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.

Proven experience in talent acquisition, talent management, or related roles, preferably in the FMCG industry.

Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization.

Strategic mindset with the ability to think critically and develop innovative talent solutions.

Proficiency in talent management software and tools.

Knowledge of best practices in employer branding, talent development, performance management, and succession planning.
Analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and drive data-driven decision-making.

Certification in human resources management (e.g., SHRM, CIPD) is a plus.
